ppr welding machine Instruction for use
Mentioned Series are based on the standard and regular hand-held socket welder with a new controller for overheat protection and easy operation.Place the welding machine on the stander, chose die head according to pipe’s diameter, and fix it on the machine. In regular, the small end is at the front, the bigger end at the back.
2. Power on
Power on (make sure the power should be with leakage current protector) , the green light and the red light on, wait till the red light off and keep greenlight on, which indicates the machine enter into auto temperature control mode and the machine can be used.
Note: during the auto temperature control mode, the red and the green light will be on and off alternatively, this indicates that the machine is under control and it will not affect operating.
Preparation for welding
The pipe material of the butt pipe section should be the same, and the supporting materials of the same factory should be used as much as possible; the outer diameter and wall thickness of the butt pipe section should be the same; the inner and outer surfaces of the welded pipe material and pipe fittings, especially the vicinity of the port, should be smooth and smooth without any abnormality; the size of the pipe material The deviation, etc. should meet the requirements; the butt pipe section should have good processing and welding performance matching the welding machine; check the matching of the welding system and power supply, clean the heating plate, connect the power of each part of the welding machine, and should have grounding protection ; Set the heating plate temperature to the welding temperature according to the welding process parameters given by the welding machine; if it is an automatic welding machine, parameters such as heat absorption time and cooling time should also be set.
